Ben went above and beyond after my battery was found to be dead when I went to start it to go to work. After trying to get a tow from subaru and discovering they wanted to charge me 204 dollars, Ben called a different tow company who picked me up within an hour. He replaced the battery that was clearly faulty from the start of my buying experience. I'm losing 400 dollars from not being able to get to work until the after noon.... exactly what I told the manager I feared one week ago when I bought it..... but at least I'll be getting to work thanks to Ben. I highly recommend the service department because of this employee Addendum I'm home from work and have a message from my coworkers and myself for Ben Thank you again, more than you know.

I wanted to thank everyone at Treasure Valley Subaru for the great experience during the car buying process. First of all Jessica was fast and friendly in getting my test drive set up for the Subaru Crosstrek with Mark. Mark was very genuine and friendly. The next weekend I saw a car that I liked on the website and texted the number that I had been previously in contact with TV Subaru about wanting to take a test drive. I got an immediate response. Though when I arrived Marl was busy with another customer so Tommy stepped up to help us. He was great in his knowledge in showing me the car and even helped me with some questions about the stereo. Tommy never tried to sell me. He allowed me to lead the process. I didn't really think we were going to buy until he was able get us approved with a great price, low rate, and a monthly payment in the lower end of our budget. He was kind and honest. Also Gino helped finish off our financing and helped me pick out an extended warranty that fit the coverage that I wanted. I feel perfectly secure in this purchase. I was very nervous about having to buy a car from a dealership. I contacted a friend's daughter, Melissa. I spoke with her over the phone for a couple of minutes. I decided to go to Treasure Valley Subaru in Nampa, ID. She introduced me to Shay. From that point on, I was put at ease. I have been a loyal customer at Treasure Valley Subaru for over 10 years. I have purchased three new vehicles from them. As a newer small Subaru dealership, you could not ask for better customer service. I have worked with Ben in the service department as my service advisor and he has always been five star in my book. I had to come back and leave a second review for this team because of how amazing they were when we identified a minor issue with our initial transaction. The car we initially got was an amazing car but it was missing a key feature that was critical for our family and our needs so that we could accommodate my husband’s wheelchair along with the unique needs of our family. As soon as I realized that I had a problem and texted my salesperson, he went to work to see what he could do to make it right. He worked with various departments to come up with several creative solutions. Ultimately we ended up needing to trade to a different vehicle. When I walked into the dealership the next day to see what I could work out, I asked for the GM, Rob S. Within less than two minutes, Rob was there ushering us back to his private office and listening attentively to our needs. Rather than taking over, he brought Tommy in so that we could brainstorm together. At every step of the way, he showed confidence and support for his team while working behind the scenes to see what he could help work out for us. When it was time to look at vehicles, he let us stay in his space and moved out so that we would have the privacy and comfort to discuss. The team was ultimately able to get us into a different vehicle that met our needs. We’ve love our new car, it’s just what we needed. But even more than that, we love knowing that we’ve built a lasting relationship and trust with the dealership. I can’t speak highly enough about this dealership and their staff. I visited many other local dealerships and shopped for a new vehicle for over a year before finding this one that could accommodate my husband’s accessibility needs while also giving us the space for passengers and cargo that we need. This was truly an A++ experience for all my family. And team, my husband is still up for arm wrestling anytime you want a challenge. Thanks for making his experience memorable and fun as well.

I had to go back to ask another service advisor on my own. I was amazed at the shameless attitude of Alex W, who gave me a sales pitch, no apology but a sales pitch, before handing me my paperwork and it was evident he and Bryce B found the whole thing amusing. Guess that is what your customer base is for, the entertainment of the service staff. If this is how you prefer to have TVS represented, these two have hit it out of the park. If I did not have a "service" contract with TVS, I probably would not return. Do better, if not for your clients for your company.

My daughter and I just stopped to look at vehicles bc I wanted to trade my 2021 4runner for a new all wheel drive for the winters here . Corbin came out to assist and within 2 hours I was driving off with my new 2026 Cross trek. He got me a 2.9% intrest rate which was incredible because even wth a excellent credit rating my credit union in Texas was giving me a 6% . With all of this being said...I recommend this dealership with 5 stars! Thanks Corbin and Manager Chris. You have a permanent customer now!

This is my second time working with TV Subaru and have had great experiences. This time I worked with Shay and he was nothing but helpful in the entire process. Being tall, I don’t fit in many vehicles. Shay was the first one to truly understand my needs of car roof height relative to price of vehicle. He was also very patient and understanding to work with. I legitimately shopped 7 different dealers and I should have just gone to Subaru first. Between him and the finance department they were extremely easy and transparent to work with.
