I had the best experience! My 2009 WRX has been broken down for several months, and I still owed around $2k on the loan. Came in for an oil change took over an hour… got an estimate on an urgent matter, approved the maintenance to be done … they come to get me to check out and then that is when they see I approved this urgent matter told me 30 minutes and about 1 1/2 hours later I was still waiting. Spent over 3 hours for an oil change SO EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I had 2-3 employees comment on how long I was waiting such xx I’m so xxxxxx
